Working with key Network Rail staff we provided an original and flexible mobile-digital communication Platform.
This Platform allows the station management deliver relevant information directly into people’s hands on disruption, the station’s heritage, as well as showcasing project progress to clients, stakeholders and customers.
The mobile-web means that between 80 and 90% of LST customers can access the Platform through their smart devices, for free, without downloading a thing!
At Liverpool Street Station we are applying app-like engagement and valuable content, with the reach potential of the mobile web.
