A Catalyst For Change

We've been talking with Catalyst Housing Group, paving the way for a roll out of the interactive\multimedia digital home manual for all the tenants across their projects.

No more the expensive printed Home Manuals (you know, that hefty ring-binder you wwere given when you moved in and never looked at again?!), Catalyst will be providing personalised breakdowns of their tenants homes complete with video demonstrations for their equipment, a serious optimisation of their current call centre and tenant aftercare operations and information connecting tenants to their local facilities and area.

Essentially Catalyst are able to deliver three types of information with one sleek and accessible system. A) It allows Catalyst to speak to tenants about themselves and the areas they provide help in. B) It informs tenants about their homes, video demonstrations of how things work and direct call links for when they don’t, as well as information about their housing development as a whole. C) Thirdly, it can connect tenants and the development to the wider community, for example raising awareness of underused power stations, creating local ‘deals’ with retailers and providing travel and facilities information about the local area – public loos, supermarkets, schools, busses etc.
