City-Insights at Innovate UK Event

It was interesting to go along to the Innovate UK briefing Urban Living: Integrated Products and Services call for tender. Essentially this is about new ways to use emerging urban data to improve city sustainability and improve the lives of citizens. The link below explains more.
It was a pretty diverse range of around 100 attendees on site and online but striking how few of them had any mechanism to interface at customer\user level in the way that City-Insights does so brilliantly. There was a lot of interest in how the C-I Platform could become 'smart' by interaction with live urban data to inform, inspire, change behaviour etc. Clearly huge potential here to take the C-I Platform to a different level of interactivity. Lots to think about!
