We gave students from the MA Narrative Environments course at Central St Martin's (University of the Arts London) their own City-Insights Platform to develop a ‘blue sky’ proposal for a new fashion quarter in Hackney.
Their concept – to connect big brands with street-level, street-wise fashion markets and events – was a thought-provoking take on digital placemaking. The Platform’s ability to scale and adapt over time was a key part of the plan. Plenty of ideas here for possible future collaboration!
